The end where the timing lock is is 98% broken off :( I need another camshaft where that end is intact. Let me know what you have, PM me.

but just for the cam... hmmm!  i wonder what he means by "Oil galley is tapped, cleaned and plugged."

is that a converted head to mechanical??? so if you remove that plug it can be used on a hydraulic???

I have a mechanical laying on the shelf, but no hydro. But frankly i thought they were the same??

well, I was right, I have one, but...

When I pulled it I found that it's got some grooves in it and some surface rust on the lobes. Not sure if you are interested in it or not.

Ya, ya....running a mechanical is fine. I'm doing it in this newly rebuilt hydro engine that just finally started breathing this weekend.

I always plastigage to see how things are first.

Mechanical cam in hydro head is just fine. No problems.
