they should unless you have large brake rotors in front? what size rims you have on it now? if you have 13 on it now they will work ! other wise just try one and see if it clears the caliper?

i have 14s now and it has the smaller rotor..just wanted to make sure.. need some snows!

I don't think they'll work. As far as I know, all MKIII cars had the Girling calipers (10.1 inch). You can idenify them by the name embossed on the caliper itself, or the 2 guide pins the caliper will ride on.
If you have Girling calipers, these rims won't fit over them.

For some reason as well I don't think 13's fit on mk3's. Try a search on vwvortex and you will probably come up with more info.

i tried them and they were a large enough diameter to clear but the caliper hit the inside face of the rim
is 185/60/14 stock tire size on an mk3?
