Ok, things are getting complicated, im using an AAZ block and head with my GTD ancillaries, turbo, manifolds etc, but i cant work out how to plump in the turbo oil feed.
on the 1600 it goes to the sump, but i dont know where it goes on the 1900, and the water cooling on the turbo is nowhere to be found on my 1900
HELP!!!!

It sounds like you are actually talking about the oil drain. There is a hole in the back of the block behind cyl #2 that the oil drains into. Or swap on the 1.6 pan. The drain hose will probably need to be lengthned though
As for the water cooling, no idea. Use a non water cooled turbo

this pic. will give you an idea for water hook up! hope it helps?

At a turbo shop I was at, I asked the guy about water cooled turbos and he said you don't have to plumb water to them. YMMV...
-
my 1600 has the water line plumbed in through a core-plug on the back of the engine, but where does it plumb in on the 1900?
-
Take the freeze plug from 1,6. 1.9 never had water cooled turbos.
-
Crisis averted, ive got the oil and water plumbed in now, i used the heater matrix return pipe to plumb in the wat for the turbo, so hopefully all should be sorted now :D
