Title: 94' k14 turbo actuator
Post by: jeff211 on October 20, 2008, 08:01:08 am
my exhaust at the turbo blows oil under heavy acceleration.Could the actuator be stuck open and how do I check it? The shaft spins good and there's no play.

If your loosing oil through the turbo the seals/ bearing are bad. The actuator just allows exhaust to by pass the turbine.

I don't think so.

I had a PDF file on them but I think it's stuck on my laptop with a bad power supply. :(

I sent it to a few people though, maybe someone I sent it to will read this and send it to ya.

Where are you located?

I just found it at work.

PM me your email and I'll send ya the PDF.

It's for a k26 but internally they are the same.
