Title: WTB 1.9 TD engine. Rebuilt or partial

I am looking to put a new engine in my truck and would like a new rebuilt or rebuilt long block or something like that.  I just need a fresh motor.  I would also consider a low km, under 200,000km motor.

I just need the block and head mostly as I have the intake and exhaust stuff.

I might be able to help out, a friend has a '96 jetta for parts near ottawa, i'll get specifics and let you know.
