I am finally selling the 1.7 l KY na. I haven't done a compression check but i guarantee that it's good. Tiny smoke at start when very cold. 80,000 original kms came out of my imported german army transporter which had documented service every 6 weeks whether driven or not. Did come out of an overweigth  westfahlia. I always used rotella or rotella synthetic in winter. Never abused and never pushed more than normal [ no revs above 4500 except a couple of snowbank events] . Choice of very good steel pan or vanagon one and valve covers .Doesn't include injectors,IP, or manifolds. I will pull the pan to check, but i'm pretty sure it may have piston coolers. I want $1500 CND  or OBO plus shipping but would rather you pick it up.
Will include water pump, alternator and bracket  $150. extra.
