Title: So whats the best way to re-torque an engine?

use de-torque and torque sequence from bentley?

or do the bolts 1 by one.

If i de-torque do i loosen all the way? will doolant leak out?

don't detorque.  Just check the torque.  If the wrench clicks at specified torque, you are done.  Loosening the bolts will affect the seal on the headgasket (it only seals reliably once).

but how do u check the torque when your supposed to turn the bolts another 90 degrees or something like that after u torque it! ???
