Title: FS AAZ 1.9 td parts, engines, transmissions, etc

B3/B4 Passat AAZ
-transmission $200 02A cable shift
-flywheel/clutch $50
-a/c compressor $25
-all brackets $10-100 each
-injection pump (DOES NOT have the aneroid boost enrichement, it is there but no way to hook up a line no fitting, all CDN Passats were like this) $150
-p/s pump $40
-injectors $60 set of four
-rebuilt cyl head 1.9 AAZ td (never installed) $500
-1.9 AAZ td block with crank, rods/pistons, intermediate shaft etc has new rings and rod bearings $400
-used AAZ 1.9 block with crank/rods/pistons/intermediate shaft $300
-manifolds with egr function

MK3 Golf and Jetta
-1.9 AAZ block with fixed crank gear (machinist good job) complete with crank/pistons etc $400
-1.9 AAZ crankshaft, polished, tdi crank gear fix $250
-all brackets, valve covers, timing belt covers upper/lower/inside/outside
-clutch and flywheels for 020 trans
-front crossmembers for rad
-subframes for engines
-steering racks, a.c. compressors, manifolds,

I have multiples of pretty much everything, I just cleaned out a friends garage of Vanagon parts need some more space. I will reply however I am busy each night after work putting up more shelves etc to keep it all inside.

Thought I had one lined up but haven't heard in a while. Were there any special cruise considerations for the b3 AAZ passats related to the pump? switches, etc? I'd be interested in them as well as the brackets that hold them. If you'd part.

I am not sure about the throttle cable from the B3, I think it went onto a conversion car already (gas to diesel). I have to double check what is still on one of the motors tonight

tSoG-84bit just list what you are looking for/need and I will quote you a price, I will try to get some pics up soon to give everyone an idea of how much I have accumulated...

I have organized the shelves much better, plenty of air boxes, timing belt covers for 1.9, air intake hoses, downpipes, block breathers, valve covers, cluthes/flywheels 020 and 02A, too many parts!
I do have a AAZ camshaft used

In case you're retrofitting a glow plug system you might need to know that the AAZ relay and socket are *very* different from the 1.5/1.6 style glow plug relay and socket.

So much VW stuff is the same Lego blocks between years... the glow plug system unfortunately switched in 1994 with the AAZ engine. (1992 on some Canadian Passats) :wink:

Intakes manifolds for sure $30 plus shipping
I do have exhaust manifold with trapziod for k14 turbo $30 plus shipping
I don't have the wiring organized yet to know what is there and what is not...it will be a bit before I get to that stuff (huge pile of wiring sitting inside). Glow plug wiring is pretty simple you should be able to make a harness, if your stuck for a relay holder and fuse holder that I can find quickly enough
