Just wondering if anyone could identify this 4 cylinder pump I have. It is possibly going on a friend's car, and I wonder what size the plunger is. The VE4/10F may indicate a 10mm diameter plunger, but I am not sure.

The pump reads as follows:

So, 4 cyl, 10mm, 4200 rpm governor????
