Hello .

i am Casper from Denmark.

i am trying to build a 2.1L after i read this topic

i am an forman on a auto breaker company.
so i have over 2 million parts available. over her i denmark we have tons of old vw parts and cars i have had over 20 Vw Golf mk II
and have importet them fron germany for many years .
my last GTD had 165hk 280nm and i love to tune diesel .
my heart runs on diesel  :lol:  .

my plan i to use a
AAZ block 70000km
Ford 1.8TD pistons used Ø=83 mm
AAZ 1.9 crank
con rods - perhaps TDI or ?
cylinder head brand new 1.6 portet and flow testet to the max
special cam axle made by a danish tunning company.
custom indlet manifold .
cast iron outled manifold for T3 turbo
T 3 Garrett turbo brand new.
home made charge cooler
injektions pumpe build by danish to handel 250hk

but what head gasket do use ? can´t find any one that
can be use with the blok bored out til 83mm ?

have a custom one lazer cut out of copper! there are companys out there able to do that! well iv'e heard of them here in the states!
or have a AAZ gasket modified?

how can you modified a aaz gasket ?
a copper gasket can be cut out on a flowjet
but is it op  for the job ?
