It's cheap Chinese parts. Take it fr what it`s worth

cheap chinese really =(
I was hoping it would save my car....
what should i expect with these parts?
-
im not expecting to make insane power or anything spectacular just a little added boost + intercooling and that's it. Would i still have good milage with these parts??? I'm a student so I don't have the coin to buy high quality stuff for high output performance but that also means i can't waste my money on cheap s**t and blow the money on lemon parts. the site does atleast have a warrenty of sorts found at the bottom of the page

Pete has some good stuff, I've used him for quite a few parts.
I think it's ll in what you are expecting and or wanting.
I mean really, you have to know their not OE parts at those prices.
I'm running his injectors in my car and have about 14k on them now. Still working fine.

Thats good to hear, cause thats what I ordered from him...the 23 $ TD nozzles...
Also got the pull handle door handles :)

My mom always warned me about people that speak in the third person.
Or second person: "She rubs the lotion on her skin and places the bottle back in the basket"
(sorry... just making sure Myke is having fun.... ;-) )

I've seen one of these chinese heads, and I personally would not run it on my own car.
-
Any particular reasons why?
-
The machine work is very low qualitly. There are sharp edges where there shouldn't be, and you can see raised edges where the rotor has been drilled. Far inferior to OEM quality stuff.
The actual rotor moved freely in the head, as did the control sleeve but the poor quality in other areas worries me.
-
as a poor student i'd spend the money on good quality replacement parts and forget about hoopty pumps and ICs until a suitable time. my 2c.
-
I sell used, stock injection pumps, not new. My boss sells new stuff, but that's not me. I just have the advantage of being able to have a good look at parts from many different companies and contries such as the USA, China, Germany, Japan, etc.
The Chinese head did function just fine on the test bench. Would a Bosch head have done better? I can't say, we didn't try it on this exact pump. How long will this Chinese head last? Only time knows. Are those rough surfaces going to eventually be ground smooth by the fuel? Probably. And they will probably end up wearing out the head/plunger, delivery valves, injectors and who knows what else once they are actually injected into the engine.

proth,
Burn your money is not a reconized vendor on this forum! but does sell a lot of used OEM parts! unless you consider good ol'used parts your competition ? i don't think you have nothing too worry about besides to each his own opinion!
