Title: Who's the one in Pagosa Spgs?

Sorry, I forgot your screen name and want to ask you if you know any cool camping spots not too far from Wolf Creek Pass that would be accessible with a Beetle.

not to just jump in, but last year I went on a motorcycle ride through CO. I can't remember if Wolf Creek is near Creede, CO but if so stop in at THE restaurant in Creede and ask the owner where the free campground is. The restaurant was a nice little Mexican place and the campground was perfect. We accessed it easily on Harleys, there isn't much for ammenities (virtually none) but it was quiet, beautiful, and FREE! Good luck, and have a great time

Creede is just a little far for me, but yes, it is a cool place. Hope you went to Wheeler Geologic area as it was the best place around Creede.

Sorry forgot to check back with this post. We went up down and all around Creede, I'm not sure if we went there. But I do remember scraping the frost off of my windshield in the morning (June 7th or 8th). But it was a great time in CO.
