I need some help please. I looked in the search area for rebuilding injectors on a 1.6 IDI and I saw one with one post, no response, one showing the nozzle and helpful info about lapping the nozzles, and a few about pop testing and testers, but nothing devoted to the actual steps of rebuilding an injector. Could someone please provide the link??? Thanks

One nice thing about this place is you wont get bashed till the end of the earth for asking a question that's been covered.

Sure you'll get the "You need to search" reply as well but someone will help out, (as they have I see).

Thank you, thank you thank you..... did I say thanks!!!!  If I dont have to lap too much on the parts, can I lightly lap the spring and be able to forgo the pop test??

You will need to have them pop tested no mater what.
