well im in iraq right now but when i get home im going to start the 1.6n/a-T buildup at full speed...

will be a 1.6 mech bottom:
1mm oversized pistons
 -ceramic coated
 -friction coated
 -milled  :twisted:
aba bearings
stock everything else

head:
remanned 1.6 mech
 -ported/polished
 -7 angle valve job
 -ceramic coated combustion chamber
 -ceramic coated exhaust runners
 -ceramic coated valves

turbo:
garret T3, .60a/r compressor, .48 a/r exh
cast 8v manifold
3" downpipe
3" exhaust no muffler, out the side

injection:
Giles TD pump :twisted:

Estimated time til completion sept. 15

only question is weather or not the t3 .42/.48 will be too laggy for me... im hoping not, i dont mind a little lag (which is why im taking it off my 1.8t in favor for a t3/t4 50trim .82 a/r) figured i might as well use it while i got it.
