Title: 79 bus engine swap for a TDI

I am looking for a little advice and help from you TDI experts.  I have a 79 VW bus and am looking into taking out the type 4 engine and replacing it with a TDI diesel.  I have been looking around the internet for some reliable information about this process and have had mixed results. I have read about people doing this, so i believe that it can be done with some modifications and a Kennedy engineering adapter kit.  Can someone please spell it out for me, and tell me exactly what doing this would require. (can i use my stock 79 automatic transmission, do i need new CV joints, new engine mounts, what do i do to keep the engine cool, what about wiring, etc etc.)  Which TDI engine will fit best?
