Recently picked up a beauty of a car. 1990 VW Golf, diesel of course. The only way to go

340,000km on it. But its in remarkable shape. Drives great. My friend commented that it rides better than his 04 Kia.
Im living in Lloydminster, Alberta. Doubtful that i will find anyone on here from around this area, but if I do, it would be a bonus.
So im just here to say that im joining the support group. Saying hi to all the fellow diesel dubbers out there. And a special hello to those who drive MKII diesels. Hope you guys will be able to help me through the ownership of this car.
Also, im running straight veggie oil. I have a constant supply of it through my workplace. Planning a cross country journey starting June 1st to promote the use of bio-diesel.

Good luck on your road trip! How about some details on your WVO conversion, maybe some pics?
