At least he told us the chassis was tweaked and it did look like he salvaged allot of stuff but ya.. Bummer..

Well, lets just hope it was a lot worse off than it looked. I would think he could have sold it if it wasn't that bad, and he does seem to like VW's.

Relax guys, sheesh.  :P  It was just an Mk2 8v Scirocco.  I've met the guy before, he's cool.  The car was beat, plus a lot of the parts went on to save other people's cars from the wrecker.  He's also going to dismantle/destroy the twin-engine Scirocco he built a few years back.

He wont sell the Durocco. There is not a price you can name to get it from him. Hes worried someone will get it..and kill themselves. Its a liability thing and I understand. Hes not going to destroy a car that can be safely used.
