Title: I need 2007 TDI swap info!

I have heard at least 20 different problems,, but there is only two I need help with! I have access to a totaled 2007 VW TDI Bug, and I want to swap the engine into a Suzuki Sidekick,,,
Problem # 1,, I was told that without the original key, it will never be made to run,, IS THAT TRUE? IF SO,, IS THERE A WAY AROUND IT?
Problem #2 Bug TDI is a EAST WEST set up,, Sidekick is a North South,, CAN IT BE MADE TO WORK?

problem one; you can either keep the clocks, ecu and ignition or go to your nearest revo dealer and get an ecu defeat. this will allow you to use the origional ignition key and clocks

have you looked at groups.yahoo.com under the suzuki samuari diesel section. There is a lot of people doing the same swap as you and will be able to help you.
