Title: so confused about the boost pins!!

i have a aaz and am going to be putting a 1.6 td boost pin in as i have heard makes a great difference!

then i hear you need the spring as well> what do i need to do this i got a bigger turbo eg. k24 and want to chage the pns as the 1.9 sucks!

please someone help!! what exacly do i do> just take pin and a easy swap?
take sprong and pin? i drive 200k per day so i dont wanna be in fuel boost driving 120km\h  if someone could give me some insite1
