Title: MK2 front control arms...
Post by: Powered by Spearco on March 31, 2008, 09:50:57 pm
'85-'92 Golf, Jetta front control arm rear bushings are pretty soft. Audi TT front control arm rear bushings are solid rubber and press right in. Great upgrade instead of hard urathaine. I'll get the PN later.

I knew this worked for the A3/A4/B4s but wasn't sure about A2s.

Part #8N0407181, $28.00 ea. @ parts4vws.com (http://www.parts4vws.com/catalog/product_detail.asp?PartNumber=8N0407181).
I just bought new A2 control arms with new regular front and rear bushings for $40 each. Almost got the TT busings but, for $5.00 more than a bare control arm I figured standard bushing was fine.

Will they fit front and back?
