Title: Newbie saying hi!

Not a VW owner but have a car with a VW motor. I have a 1980 Volovo Diesel (D24 I believe). Many questions ahead I am sure. Car sat untouched for 12 years so I am looking to get her on the road again!

Where should I post regarding the D24?

Welcome! You can post D24 stuff in the "Non VW Group Diesel" (http://vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=21) forum, or maybe the IDI Forum (http://vwdiesel.net/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=6) since the D24 share similar parts with the VW 1.6L engine.

Also search for "diesel" at http://forums.turbobricks.com/
