i need the part number for the flange that goes to the turbo for a custom down pipe.

If you mean a VW part number, I don't think that exists. The flange is a part of the downpipe casting.
Which turbo? There are drawings floating around for a bunch of them.

to be honest i don't know what turbo i have. the car is an 89 1.6 td. i think its the kkk unit but i'm very much unsure about that.

my exhaust has more holes than a fish net to i figured that doing the 2.5" upgrade would be a timely upgrade.

I was told that the k24 flange is not the same as the above if this is true Could someone help me find a simular flange for a k24?

I would like to have a custom downpipe fabricated
