Title: 1.6 to 2.0 TD Piston

Which side of a 1.6 TD piston is the notch for the oiler on?  I am planning to use these pistons in an Audi 5 cylinder, but I was told the notch is on the opposite side.

Then which side of the 1.6 engine are the piston oilers on, the exhaust manifold side, or the injection pump side?

That explains the two notches on the OEM pistons then.  On the Audi the oilers are on the exhaust manifold side toward the flywheel end.
