Title: 5th gear lock out

Howdy again gang,
In the Bentley manual they talk about checking the 5th gear lock out and say to remove the plastic cap.
I just don't see how to remove it and I'm sure to break it
(I've been known to break a crow bar in a sandbox)
I can't find 5th and want to check the adjustment
before ordering the shifter rebuild set
