Title: Ko3 for an AHU TDI same as k03 for 1.9aaz?

My father in law's jetta has a k03 with a bad waste gate. I'm trying to find a k03 for it.

Is a k03 from a 98 TDi the same one used on the earlier AAZ IDI engines?
