Well ,im sorry if this annoys anyone,but im so freakin excited.This is my first TD build and iam new to the forum.Ive recently finished my IP reseal/rebuild. :D With your help and a little testicular fortitude ,i managed to successfully modify my pump.The core is from a 85 na 1.6.I bought an old pump from a peuguet,and used the LDA,plunger,and head.I thought it would be alot more difficult then it was.i did the gov. spring mod"replaced with brass tubing.I also advanced the control cone,and removed the nylon stop washer.I didnt want to go to far from stock settings as i dont know what just the 10mm plunger will do.The LDA was a little hard ,but it went when the fuel screw was removed.(http://i249.photobucket.com/albums/gg206/2253benjamin/volkswagendiesel058.jpg)
