Title: Which turbo manifolds are better? MK1 or MK2?
Post by: 914turboford on January 15, 2008, 08:43:30 am
As far as a stock exhaust manifold goes, which is better, Mk1 side dump or Mk2 center dump? The side exit looks like it is easier to work with. This is going into a custom chassis so I am not restricted by the chassis.

Also, which intake manifold is better? The Mk1 manifold looks better to me.

I would like to make more overall power rather than torque if that makes any difference to the questions.

What about a 4:2:1 setup?

At this point I don't want to make a manifold. Just wondering what the best stocker is of the two choices I have lying around.
