Title: Who makes Autolite Glow Plugs?

I bought Autolite GP's for my Ford 7.3 a couple of years ago. They were made by Beru. Does Beru make the GP's branded as Autolite for the VW diesels as well? I saw one yesterday and it did not say Beru on it.

On the box it says made in Italy. Is that where Beru is from?

Beru is German--they along with Bosch make the OEM plugs.
