Title: How do you know if you have the fast glow plug relay?

Anyone have a part number?
Any obvious signs?

The PO put in fast glow plugs and I assumed he put in the relay.

We all know what assuming gets us.

443 911 261 is for the 6 second relay. IIRC you cant get the slow glow relay anymore.

I'm thinkin' that the PO got the fast glow plugs and not the relay.

no prob. its totally possible that the PO didnt swap the relay. Even if they didnt, that wont make the car start harder. Fast glow relay with slow glow plugs will make it hard though. Not the other way around.

I'm thinkin' that the car has the slow glow plug relay with the fast glow plugs.

I think I've thought about it to much and I can't get it straight.
