This is my 90 jetta td. Ive been running on vegetable oil for 8 months now. second thank is heated with a coolant by pass. No problem, more money in my pocket, less polution. This convertion cost me 300$.

i want to do somthing like that but dont have the time at the moment. anyway Uncleben, where's your battery?
also is your system homemade or is it a bought one? I'm asking this because i want to kno what is used to switch between the 2 fuels.

I like how you ran the upper rad hose return line through the auxiliary fuel tank. What kind of lines are you using between the fuel injectors?
The second picture has a whole lot of coolant lines.

hi,
my battery is on the left side. under the air filter. What make you switch between the 2 fuel is a 6 ports electric valve. Yes it's a home made.
