Title: Injection start solenoid. .Where to buy?

I paid a visit to my local VW dealer this morning to order parts needed for the reconstruction of my 1.9 TD engine . He did not have access to a solenoid called  injection start positionner listed as VW part 23-241 in Bentley, perhaps because it is a Bosch product. Where do you think I should go from here? (I am in central canada).
