Title: IP rotor and head size

I'm sure I'll get slammed with "use the search" but that proved to be a little fruitless.
I am rebuilding my injector pump.
I have an 83 1.6 turbo diesel IP and I'm wondering if the 10mm rotor and head unit will fit on it. I recall reading on here somewhere that this is an upgrade.
WHat advantages will this give over the stock 9mm rotor and head unit?

more fuel flow.  in conjunction with bigger injections, you can expect more power, and even economy in some cases.

Thank you for your reply. I have also ordered the 1.9 cam plate for the pump.
the plan is to remain 1.6 for displacement. hopefully the pump will not be overkill.
