Title: 85 jetta doors on a 82 rabbit

i need two doors for my 82 4 door rabbit, i found a nice 85 4 door jetta for a donor, the doors look alike, but will they work?

nope sorry 85 is an MK2 style! where you located? should put that in your
profile!! I have doors for an MK1 but need to know if your close enough!

you need to find a mkI 4 door, OR the front doors from a caddy (truck) will fit the fronts on your car.

you sure it's not an 84 Jetta?

Rabbits and Jettas have had the same doors from 80-84.  

The 85 Jetta is an entirely different generation.  It's doors would swap to an 85+ Golf.

your a little ways away, and if this car in question is indeed not an MK1 (which you need for a donor), then I have a couple doors...depending on which you need...
