Title: New Injector Fuel Return Lines. (Where to buy?)
Post by: Eli on September 17, 2007, 10:54:11 am: Hey, My injector fuel return lines are worn out. I tried getting some 1/8th ID Tygon line but I don't think its diesel rated and is leaking all over the place.

I am looking for something road tested. I've messed around with this long enough!

one has a blown head gasket.
the other:
pump was leaking and was loosing its prime after sitting.

primed it and drove home. found the problem right away, return line was frayed and spritzing at #1 injector. new line for all them was about $4.

Is it any different to standard VW vacuum hose? It looks exactly the same....
