Title: Boost controler. Canadian source?

Hello,
I have read the other thread on the same topic but did not get all I need. I am looking for a straightforward  means of increasing my turbo's maximum boost from current 12 psi to 20 psi. My engine is the 1.9L AAZ, with an upgraded fuel injection pump, my turbo is a Garret. I would like to control the boost from my instrument panel, with gauge, knob,etc.

 What is the most practical system. Which Canadian source do you recommend?

I got a simple 2-stage boost controller from the local speed shop. It has a switch for the dash. One position is adjusted to give relatively stock boost and when you need it, a flick of the switch will give me up to 30psi(adjustable also).
