Title: over boost

I have a 1.9L AAZ in my 1989 jetta flair. i;m currently running a AHU TDI turbo. it was fine at first now it is over boosting like crazy spikeing anyway. I have a kinetic manual boost controller, but it does not control much any more, no matter how i adjust it . please help

Check the air lines. Probably one came off or has a leak. If you used cheap tubing or a plastic tee, they can melt from the hot air.
