But you have to tell us more about it. What year is it, what is the engine displacement, and is it a factory GTD or did you convert it from a TD? Tell us about those brakes...they look awesome! You have any dyno runs or timeslips?

I convert in a GTD, it was a TD.
I change some parts of the diesel pump of a TDI and is a hibrid pump.
I put an intercooler.
The brakes are from an VW Corrado G60 :twisted:
The turbo is a KKK K03 and i increase the preassure to 16 PSI.
Springs H&R -4 cms
VR6 Spoiler
... and some other things.
60-100 km/h em 4ª gear - 6.9 seg
60-120 km/h em 4ª - 9.5 seg
60-120 km/h em 5ª - 11.7 seg
80-120 km/h em 5ª - 8.3 seg
0-160 km/h - 27.4 seg
0-180 km/h - 40.3 seg
92 Hp 192 Nm - Before i change the diesel pump and change de location of the intercooler

I don´t know the name of the part in english, the original pump brings an "embolo" of 8 mm and i put one of a TDI with 10 mm.
The pression of the injectors was 150 bar and now is 170 bar.
The motor don´t have any change, i replace the original air-filter and put a intake kit to improve the air flow.

what is the engine displacement
The head appears to be 1.9L, so it may be safe to assume that the displacement is 1.9L. In NA that type of valve cover only fits AAZ 1.9L, but who knows, it could be different in Portugal..
Bonovox1.9TD: Good looking car, do you have plans to upgrade the K03 turbo? Perhaps a larger one off a 1.6TD or GTD? :) Or do you wish to keep low-end torque?

And, I think by "embolo", he meant plunger. The changing 8 to 10mm told me that.

I don´t know what hapend, i was going about 100 kms/h, the temperature of the water and oil was ok, the nivel of the oil was ok, the turbo pression was 1 bar and some thing broke inside of it and the engine grasped :cry: :evil:
