I've searched and searched, ready my Bently, and still have this question:
I'm about to adjust my valves. Or at least check them. But I don't know which are intake and which are exhaust!
My 1.6TD is in a Suzuki Samurai, so "front" is where the timing belt lives, "right" is the driver's side where the IP lives ...

Exhaust valve are "the most outer" valve, and intake "the most inner"
like this:
-ex-in---ex-in---in-ex---in-ex-
-
Thank you!

You can always look at the intake and exhaust ports. They line up with their valves.

Old Mc Donald had a farm,... EIEII EIE
Dumb question? Dumber answer, ha.

We will NOT tolerate logic here. There is no call to employ logic......make sure you do not think logically again.......

I know where this one came from. Still find it useful and drives the neighbors nuts as I sing the song in its entirety.
