OK, so i have read 50+ threads on gov mods, timing shenanigans, pump resealing, etc..
and not once seen a spec for how tight to make even one part of the sensitive and delicate flower that is the Bosch VE pump.
I don't mean how tightly it is affixed to the vehicle.
Is it trade secret info? will agents in black sedans kill me if I figure it out?
Post what you know, and I'll edit all the info into this post for FAQ posterity.
Also, any fasteners requiring lube, locktite, sealer, etc.

Busted :o
Delivery valves - MK3 Bentley says 45 NM / 33 ft-lbs.
I found epoxy/sealant around the copper seal washers for the LDA follower pivot screws
Also a little Hi tack holding the gasket to the top cover.
After grinding the the anti fool collar of the max fuel screw, you can dress the threads with a 1.00 pitch metric thread file.

Haha. I changed my mind. I figured it's set up as a FAQ and I know it does get asked a lot. I had forgotten that I had made that first post though.
Carry on.

If removing,, you should match mark or record:
all linkage arms
max fuel screw
governor shaft
throttle lever arm stops
idle screw
Unconfirmed:
Roller assemblies are wear matched, and their parts should stay together
Delivery valves are pressure matched, so don't cross parts between them.
Plunger return springs are shim matched, and must stay with their home pin.

bump for input
My pump is back together, and I didn't see anything I'm too worried about, but it would be nice to know how its supposed to be done.
Now its just a game of waiting for my phototach to show up in the mail.
edit:
timing plug 9 nm, 6.5 ftlb
fuel supply &return lines and delivery pipes 18 ftlb 25 nm
