Looking for a straight bolt on intake flange for 1.6 TD Quantum or Audi. Not the elbow. Thanks
-
Do you need the ones that hold the intake manifold to the head? You should be able to get those from the hardware or auto parts store. I think they are 6 mm and 35 mm or 40 mm long. Take the one you have and match them for the pitch of the thread. It may be 1.25 but I could be wrong on that. I always check after I bought some that were 5mm too long and poked it through the head on the exhaust side. Not that it mattered much, but it did become an oil leak spot.

It's funny sometimes how much punctuation can significantly change the meaning in text. I think there should be a dash between "bolt" and "on" making it "bolt-on". I don't think they are looking for any bolt, but rather the flange itself, as seen here:

Yes, that is what I'm after. I may end up having to fabricate something, but I hope not. I see what you mean about punctuation there.

If someone has one that is attached to an intake and doesn't want to part it out I would purchase the intake manifold.

Bolt on, Bolt-on, Bolton. Yeah, English is so strange that way. I don't think I have that straight flange my intakes all have the elbow. But I will look in the shed in the morning to be sure. Such a simple thing to find.
Auto correct software wants it to be bolt-on

Connection piece found. Now looking for an intermediate shaft pulley that isn't missing a chunk.
