I have here a 1993 VW Passat AAZ diesel engine with its original 02A transmission. This is probably the cleanest AAZ you'll ever come across - it has under 140,000 km on it. Comes complete, oil pan to injection pump, includes starter, alternator, turbo, even the gearshift assembly. Alternator was rebuilt less than 10,000 km ago. Starter and injection pump were both rebuilt within the last few years. Even has the updated harmonic balancer.
This is the perfect engine for a Suzuki Samurai or Toyota swap - simple "1 wire" injection pump (just needs 12V to a single terminal and she's good to go).
Selling as I already have a TDI for my Passat - there's absolutely nothing wrong with this engine! It's coming out of the car tomorrow (Tuesday) and will be available for pickup immediately. First come first served, this won't last long...
