Title: putting AHU in mk1 can I use mk2 pulley system to be able to keep AC compressor

Just wondering if with AHU in mk1 frame does one has to use its harmonic balancer with serpentine pulley or can they use mk1-2 nose crank and pulley system - wanting to keep AC with out altering eng bay

The timing belt pulley needs to be the AHU part, but I believe the balancer and the rest of the pulleys will bolt up fine.  The accessory brackets will be the trouble spot I believe.

You can run the mk1 accessories including pulleys on the AHU. Power steering is the only thing that would require some mods to work.

ina enginnering has a mod to run th serp to a/c & waterpump with one belt
no p/s

new pulley, new tens arm

I ordered two each of these
