Title: MTDI Mechanical VNT Control

Hey all,

New to the forum, but have trolled for a while. I have two ‘80 rabbit pickups. One currently has an MTDI 1Z with a Giles customized LR 300 pump and I just picked up an ALH for the other one and plan on sending out some cores to Giles for another pump.

I remembered seeing some posts about mtdi VNT control, but I haven’t had any luck turning up anything of real value... is there a write up anywhere for a mechanical setup? All I could find were a few pictures from Rock3tman and nothing is that recent. Is this concept dead?

  I haven't done a writeup on my VNT-15 controls using levers and rods.
 But we had a discussion on the vortex.
 Nathan Brame over on utube has some videos on how he did his controller.
