Title: MK4 2001 Golf Wheel Alignment front camber can not be set?

Anyone else have this problem of not being able to adjust there camber on a mk4 golf or jetta?
My camber is off and car pulls a bit to the side, and I can not adjust it. I might have something bent. But replaced upper strut bushings and tie rod inner and checked all things. Maybe lower bushings are worn, i dont know.
Do you guys have any feedback on the upper strut mount kit you can buy that is adjustable for camber and caster?  Maybe thats the only way i can adjust the camber on these cars.
