Whats up guys, Im rather new to this forum and I had a couple questions regarding the 06 pd tdi. I wanted to know what specific tranny is in it? I believe its the o2j if i remember correctly but wanted someone to please let me know. We plan on building the car up and are going to try and throw some power through it. We have put a t-61 on my brothers vrt and a 3076 on my 1.8. so we'll not bad at wrenching and was looking to do something similar to my dads tdi. Im just looking for some major weak point on the car, mainly rods/pistons im not looking for the clutch i know that will give way... just anything that needs attention.

well the kit im looking to get puts the car around 220whp and around 350wtq... little more if i want it.... but around there

You would get better replies at tdiclub. There are a few people running over 200hp with BRMs.

The 02j will hold up, the clutch most definitely will not.

You're going to need a solid flywheel and good clutch to take that beast.
