Title: coolant lines on 1.6 diesel
Post by: Jim P. on July 27, 2019, 08:43:04 pm
My son bought a 1.6 diesel and we are swapping it into  a little 4 wheel drive vehicle. We will have a radiator but no heater. The motor has 3 places to attach radiator hoses to. How would we go about plumbing this up to the radiator. I never seen the motor in a car so I am not sure how it was plumbed in the car.

This engine has a place for a radiator hose down on the water pump. Also a place that sticks out of the head and points towards what would be the front of the car and it also a place for a hose in the end of the head that points towards the transmission.
