I am here for my annual post :).
My 1986 Jetta four door TD with rear disk brakes has rusted parking brake cables. The current cables are about 72' length. There is a 14" metal tube covering the part that goes into the cab. I looked around and none of the cables online have a steel tube on them.
Does anyone have a part number ? Can reuse the tube.
Seems real odd that both rear disk and drum brake cars are listed for the same year.
If you can help I would appreciate it.
