Title: Current source for AAZ injector lines ??
Post by: ms6peters on May 15, 2020, 03:07:17 am
Is there any current source for new AAZ injector lines sets in US, CA or Europe ?
Is Cohline making any AAZ Repro’s ?

The AAZ is in a military M422A1 vehicle.   1st winter stored outside.
Have a rust pit on #2 where the braided return line touches and some on #1.
Hood louvers aggravated the moisture & rust.

AAZs lines are for a taller set-up than 1.6L - 2 stage injectors, taller block.

Believe I found on Ebay in Europe using part #s for individual lines.

Stocking up on spares since now storing the vehicle outside.
I do have 1 NOS injector line set to replace the lines that deeply pitted last year for an off road rig.

I ordered 2 more sets of what appears as a recent/latest available VW individual part numbers from ebay, a supplier in Latvia.  First #3 attempt was incorrect.  The new #3s just arrived.  These have slightly different bend pattern on #3 and #4, but are the right overall height and spacing....maybe for noise.  This ‘newer’ set won’t accomodate the 4-gang clamp, only two 2-gang clamps.

FYI - part #’s - 1.9 AAZ injector lines
