Title: VW Caddy Bedrug ( another option for a liner )
Post by: GEE-BEE on December 02, 2010, 09:15:40 am
After many hours of making the perfect pattern:

Bed bottom is 3/4 thick and will be attached with tiedown ring's
The tiedown rings from the sprinter van work best
You wont have to use glue or have a velco backing with this method

Tailgate will be 1/4 so it will close properly
The tailgate will be secured with 3M velcro, the rug will have female velcro sticthed to it and the tailgate will have adhesive male velcro stips that will be applied for the tailgate

This product is water/fuel/oil proof

It can be used with or without sprayed ben liners, no more stuff rolling around in the back or getting scuffed up from the bedliner.

Great for hauling bikes or jet'ski's and furniture

I will have them available soon in the future

it's not done yet, the tie down rings are from the MB sprinter van

I perfer this method if you want to get dirty in the back and remove the Rug

The rug will be available in 1/2 and 3/4 thickness

Fuel/Oil proof

Great for a drive in movie or some Boogie Woogie at the beach !

I received mine this last week.

Just opened the box last night and it looks great.

Just need to decide if I want to do the D Rings or not.

Will post pics when it goes in, currently the bed is filled with snow..

Sorry to bring back from the dead....

GeeBee, do you have any install pics of the tie downs? I know you said they are Sprinter Van tie downs, do they use a bolt and large washers for support in the bed?

If anyone would like one of these I never installed mine.

Gee-bee, did I keep the D-rings do you remember?
If I kept them did I pay you for them?
