Title: Foamies in the Heater core

I am thinking of using these. There is no mention of what the adhesive is or what it will take heat wise. I also don't know what the temp will be in the heater box. I assume that it will be whatever temp the coolant is - a couple degrees for heat loss in the hoses to get there. Anyone know what will work as an adhesive if this isn't up to the job?

I used them, made it through one winter so far.  Clean the metal well first (I used brake clean).   It also helps to wrap it around far enough that the material sticks to itself where the holes in the metal plate are located.
